The first three years of study are aligned with standard core courses, with the addition of a personal skills track.

The optional fourth year courses are taught by Minerva University professors in sections that often combine students from multiple high schools. The courses themselves are adapted from the Cornerstone curriculum that first-year Minerva University students take.

Graduates of the program will receive the Minerva Baccalaureate diploma and, typically, a high school diploma from their accredited secondary school. Additionally, students completing the optional fourth year courses receive transferable college credit from Minerva University.
